I did a ceremony with Jenna this past winter when I was at a crossroads for a few different aspects of my life. I was anxious, confused and knew I needed clarity of some kind. I reached out to Jenna and after speaking with her for the first time, I knew she would be an integral part of helping me at that time. She was so calming, reassuring, comforting and made me feel at ease.
Jenna was confident in the process of this work, and she was right. I got the clarity I needed and her coaching and integrative sessions helped me immensely. Fast forward nine months and Im the happiest I’ve ever been, I’m in a career that I finally love and feel truly independent and empowered- which is a direct result of my work with Jenna. The lessons I learned from my ceremony/work with her are ones I will take with me for the rest of my life. Working with Jenna has been an incredibly enlightening experience. I feel like I’ve learned more about myself through my 2-week journey with her than I have in years of trying to figure things out on my own / doing traditional therapy. I came to numerous powerful realizations with Jenna’s help that I don’t know if I ever would have figured out if it weren’t for her guidance and her deep understanding of human nature. Jenna is kind, compassionate, an incredible listener, and she truly takes the time to understand you and your unique self. Jenna and I met in Feb 2020, it is now Feb 2023. I reviewed my notes to myself before and after that date. Many of my old notes dealt with despair and hopelessness. I was trying to find a way out of my mental problems. My notes these days are much more positive. Back then I was trying to climb out of a dark pit. Today I am refining my wonderful life.
Jenna helped me via the journeys. Jenna taught me the value of finding space every day to calm my mind. I now walk most mornings and most evenings. I also bicycle indoors almost every day and do my yoga training every morning. My life view is positive and my problems are much easier to solve.

I’ve been working with Jenna for the past 6 months and so far it’s been such an amazing experience! It started off with 1:1 coaching, which gave me room to question and challenge old ideas and expand myself in new ways!
Through this process I’ve created more balance and space for all the other things in my life that mean the most to me. I’ve seen change and transformation this last year and through it all she’s been a great example of how to create space and wisdom when integrating new ideas and learned lessons. She has such an intuitive talent for asking the right questions and helping you find your truth.
Jenna also has walked me through a healing medicine ceremony, as my guide. She was so great and professional. Through her patience, compassion and support, I was able to truly let go parts of me that were no longer serving me. I feel so much more free to love and give!
After, I attended a group workshop for “Setting Boundaries”. I loved how she demonstrated the intention for noticing and creating space for what mattered the most to me in my life. It was such a rewarding class!
Again and again I find myself exploring deeper into myself and grounding myself in trust and love! It’s given me the awareness and love I need to grow as a person. Best of all, what has made all this work rewarding is, I too am learning how to give back and give the same to others!

I worked 1-1 with Jenna as I was preparing for a ceremony – it was incredibly healing and integrative. Jenna helped me become more aware of the fears that were coming up before my ceremony, she answered any specific questions that I had about the ceremonial process, and most importantly, she helped me open my heart up to my ceremony’s intention. One of the most beautiful things that happened after our session was that I could also feel Jenna’s presence during my ceremony. I could feel her protection, wisdom, and love as I traveled through the depths of my unconscious. She has this gift of guiding you even after your preparation session. Looking back, our 1-1 session helped soothe my anxieties and welcome the healing process that exists within the ceremony. Jenna is an amazing healer. She pushed me to get to the root of the struggles in my life, and encouraged me to be honest with myself. She creates a very safe space, and puts trust and respect into every aspect of her work. Jenna truly has a special gift, a connection to another dimension. At points during my ceremony, I forgot I was working with Jenna, and instead saw a Mother Earth figure in her place. In this role, she comforted and taught me. She is free of judgement.
I wouldn’t suggest working with Jenna unless you are ready to make a real change in your life. She will usher you to face your shadows, drawing awareness where she can sense the heat. She asks curious questions, and this frequently leads to breakthroughs. She knows we each have everything we need inside of us already, she just helps shine a light on us to make those things easier to find. Jenna also has an incredible ability to use metaphor to make her point. This makes some more abstract topics much easier to comprehend and apply to my own life. Â
While the day of my ceremony was a magical experience, my personal growth was just as large, if not larger, during my intention setting and integration sessions. Thanks to Jenna’s work during my sessions, I have made significant progress in multiple personal relationships in my life. I have identified several ways I was living out of alignment with my heart. Through extended work with Jenna, I have been able to manifest many amazing things in my life. She is one of a kind, and I absolutely recommend working with Jenna.

I was fortunate to spend a week with Jenna on a plant medicine retreat where she acted as both a yoga instructor and a guide with the plant medicine. As a yoga instructor, she had a deep knowledge and respect for a number of different yoga traditions, all of which she shared with us each day. Somehow, Jenna always knew how to strike the right emotional tone and energy level in class- she seemed to resonate with how we were feeling and what we needed as a group. Jenna combines a deep knowledge of yoga and plant medicine with an understanding of what a person/group needs and how to communicate it. Beyond her professional talents, Jenna is such a sweet, fun person and feels like both a friend and an instructor. Being able to spend time with her and learn from her on this trip helped make it an unforgettable experience.
