If you are planning to work with sacred plant medicines, I would be honored to support you in preparing for this healing journey. I am both a guide and a coach. I spent 5 months of 2018 living and working at an Ayahuasca Center in Peru. Since then, I have traveled back to Peru teaching yin yoga before Ayahuasca Ceremonies, creating a space for individuals to connect back to themselves and come into a place of receiving before doing this incredible work. I have personally worked with a great variety of ancient medicines and have tremendous respect for both the plant spirit teachers and the ancient traditions that have carried these medicine forward.
Session Cost: $138 a Session
The problem is that we tend to seek an easy and painless answer. But this kind of solution does not apply to the spiritual path, which many of us should not have begun at all. Once we commit outselves to the spiritual path, it is very paintful and we are in for it. We have committed ourselves to the pain of exposing ourselves, of taking off our clothes, our skin, nerves, heart, brain, until we are exposed to the universe. Nothing will be left. Preparing for the healing journey of a lifetime
Before having our session, you will have an opportunity to answer a series of questions designed to help me understand what is most important to you and how to support you in your ceremony preparation.
Here are some of topics I have delved into with past clients in these preparation sessions:
- Ceremony opening and blessing
- Intention setting (for your ceremony)
- Agreements you want to have with yourself, the facilitator/guide (if applicable), and with the medicine
- Totum/intention objects
- Receiving the medicine
- Exploring the values of humility, curiosity, compassion, and gratitude (shout out to Tanya Mate for teaching me about these)
- Connect to Mother Earth, the Cosmos and your heart
- Dietary, mental, emotional, and spiritual preparation
We embody these topics through a blend of meditations and conversation.
Sessions can take place in person and virtually.
